The operating principle of the ultrasonic transducer plate is as follows: the ultrasonic generator produces a high-frequency oscillation signal, which the transducers convert into high-frequency mechanical vibrations that propagate into the cleaning medium. As these ultrasonic waves travel through the cleaning solvent, they create alternating regions of compression and rarefaction. This causes the liquid to move and generates tens of thousands of microscopic bubbles (cavitation nuclei). Under the influence of the acoustic field, these bubbles oscillate; when the sound pressure reaches a certain threshold, the bubbles expand rapidly and then collapse abruptly. This collapse generates a shock wave—producing pressures of thousands of atmospheres locally—which dislodges insoluble contaminants and disperses them into the cleaning solvent. In cases where solid particles are trapped within an oily film adhering to the surface of an object, the oil is emulsified, allowing the solid particles to detach, thereby achieving the cleaning and purification of the object’s surface.
