How to ship your products to us?

For small orders, we recommend shipping via FedEx, DHL, UPS or TNT. For large orders, air freight or sea freight can greatly reduce your shipping cost. The freight charge is calculated based on the total gross weight of your order.

What's your usual payment term for orders?

We accept bank transfer (T/T), Western Union and PayPal.

How about the delivery time?

Trial / small orders: normally 7–14 working days.

Large / container orders: normally 25–30 working days.

We will confirm the exact lead time before order confirmation. In case of unexpected production delays, we will notify you in advance and explain the reasons.

May I only buy a few pieces or several samples for testing?

Sure, sample orders are welcome! Generally there is no strict MOQ for test samples, you can choose the quantity according to your own testing plan.

Do you accept OEM and print our logo or company name on the packaging boxes?

Yes, OEM & ODM orders are welcome. However, an MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) may apply for customized OEM orders.
