Ultrasonic circuit boards are used in ultrasonic cleaners to convert mains electricity into high-frequency alternating current that matches the transducer. This drives the piezoelectric transducer to produce ultrasonic vibrations, which generate a cavitation effect that causes contaminants adhering to surfaces to detach automatically. This enables comprehensive, omnidirectional cleaning with no “dead zones”—a level of effectiveness unmatched by other cleaning methods.

The boards are built on high-temperature-resistant fiberglass substrates with thickened copper foil traces; copper areas in high-power sections are widened to reduce heat generation. Precision processes—including circuit exposure, etching, drilling, and copper deposition—are employed, with strict impedance control to minimize high-frequency signal loss. Components are mounted using high-speed pick-and-place machines, while power devices, capacitors, and transformers are installed manually. Each board undergoes static power-on testing to verify frequency, current, and sampling signals. This is followed by a load-based aging test, where the board is operated at full power with its corresponding transducer for 2–4 hours to validate frequency tracking and protection functions. Finally, the resonant range and protection thresholds are calibrated for every individual board.
