The ultrasonic-electrolytic mold cleaner is a specialized type of electrolytic cleaning system. It consists of an ultrasonic generator, an electrolytic circuit, a circulation and filtration system, a dedicated mold-cleaning solution, and a water-based rust inhibitor. Utilizing a water-based solvent, this machine is primarily designed for removing oil, dust, and mold-release agents from molds, as well as for cleaning parts before or after electroplating. It is highly effective at degreasing a wide variety of hardware and mechanical components.

The unit operates with a voltage range of 0–15V and a current range of 0–50A. Its core components include an ultrasonic generator, an electrolytic circuit, a circulation and filtration system, a specialized mold-cleaning solution, and a water-based rust inhibitor. Applications: Plastic molds, metal molds, optical-grade (mirror-finish) molds, rubber molds, medical devices, automotive component molds, etc.
