Return and Refund Policy
This page explains how UCE Ultrasonic Co., Ltd. handles product problems, returns and refunds. Because many of our products are configured to the customer’s frequency, power, size and voltage requirements, returns and refunds are handled according to the agreed sales agreement or proforma invoice for each order.
Before returning a product
Please contact us first by email or phone with your order details, photos or a description of the problem. Do not send goods back without our confirmation, so that we can arrange the most suitable solution together with you.
Warranty and technical support
Product warranty ranges from 6 months to 2 years, depending on the item model. We will state the exact warranty period at the time of order. Warranty starts from the date of shipment or Bill of Lading date. If you encounter any problem after sales, please contact us promptly for technical support.
Customized and OEM products
Products made to your specification, OEM and ODM orders follow the terms agreed in the order documents.
