Transportation Policy
This page explains how orders from UCE Ultrasonic Co., Ltd. are shipped. The shipping method, freight cost and lead time for each order are confirmed in our quotation or proforma invoice.
Shipping methods
Small orders and samples: we recommend shipping via FedEx, DHL, UPS or TNT.
Large orders: air freight or sea freight can greatly reduce your shipping cost.
Freight charges
The freight charge is calculated based on the total gross weight of your order. Courier cost for samples depends on sample quantity, total weight, carton dimension and your destination country. When you place a sample order, we can also quote a CIF price for your reference.
Lead time
Trial / small orders: normally 7–14 working days.
Large / container orders: normally 25–30 working days.
We will confirm the exact lead time before order confirmation, and in case of unexpected production delays we will notify you in advance and explain the reasons.
Information we need for shipping
Shipping details (company name, street address, phone and destination airport / seaport), shipping method (courier, air freight or sea container), freight payment term (freight collect or freight prepaid) and, if applicable, the contact information of your freight forwarder in China or Hong Kong.
Import duties and taxes
Import duties, taxes and customs procedures depend on the destination country. Please check with your local customs office or freight forwarder before ordering.
